Just finished The Art Of Getting By. The movie was great. Good story line and acting. I enjoyed George's journey to find himself through befriending Sally, creating art, and finishing a years worth of homework in 3 weeks.

Vintage Treasures #1
And I'm back...
I have recently been going on adventures to thrift, and second-hand stores to try and find unique pieces of art, furniture, books, clothing, fabric, and pretty much anything else you can think of. I like the idea of taking something that someone once treasures and giving it a whole new life.
I recently found a vintage piece of paper-cut art in a shop for $2.50 (What a steal!) and decided I wanted to take it home and fix it up a bit so I would be able to display it in the way it deserved to be.

The movie An Invisible Sign is a beautiful story of 20 year old Mona Gray played by Jessica Alba. She is a young woman who is thrown into the world and deals with her problems with numbers. Please see it. You won't regret it.

Sorry for the long vacation.
The movie SUPER was a great departure from mainstream "hero" movies that are becoming so popular in today's culture. I recommend you find yourself a copy and watch this original life-like take on a mans struggle with being the good his world needs to battle the bad overtaking it.
